The main entrance of Hotel Burg overlooks the Szentharomsag Square ( part of the World Heritage ) within the famous Buda Fortress, and the tourists can enjoy the picturesque panorama from all the rooms. The main entrance of our hotel overlooks the Szentháromság Tér, Holy Trinity Square, but you can enjoy the picturesque panorama from your room as well. Most rooms have a unique view and the guests can enjoy the illuminated Church of our Lady right from their beds.

Area Information

Budapest’s castle district features an abundance of historic attractions, interesting museums, charming streets which follow the shape of the hill, little cafés and restaurants. Besides the monuments you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the Danube, the Chain Bridge and the opposite Pest side. Everything is in close proximity. It is an ideal place to spend a romantic spring morning or a sunny autumn day, before the tourists become overwhelming.

Travel Information

By Car:
- From the motorway follow the signs for Centrum.
- Then follow the signs for the Castle.
- Before you enter the Castle area you will reach a little border, where you have to push the Hotels button and take the card with you.
- Before you leave the district, you will have to give the card to the receptionist at the front desk who will validate it.

By Public Transport:
From the Keleti railway station take the red underground line 2, or from the Nyugati railway station take tram number 4 or 6.
Exit at the stop Moszkva ter.
Then change to bus number 10 until the stop Szentharomsag ter.
The hotel is approximately 10 meters away.
