Area Information

The natural environment makes the picturesque Margaret Island an ideal spa resort. The air is clean and 100 years-old trees protect from dust and reduce temperature extremes as well. The springs on Margaret Island are rich in minerals therefore they are widely used in medical treatments.

In July and August there are open-air theatre performances on the island.

When arriving by car please note that cars can only access the island from Árpád Bridge!
